Jennifer's Joy strives to provide a sense of joy to patients and their families while under hospice care.  The Joy Awards may be awarded to either facilities providing such care, or individuals still receiving care in their home.  Applications are open to anyone receiving  hospice care in Virginia.  Please click here for a copy of the application (or to fill out online).
